Twin Peaks filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Monday to manage unsustainable debt, yet its restaurants will keep operating and plans to expand into Connecticut remain on track.

A Connecticut journalist mistakenly received a package with a Machamp sheet of 110 rare Pokémon cards valued up to $14,100.

Rep. Jim Himes visited Brookside Elementary School in Norwalk as part of his annual Valentines for Vets program, where students made cards for local veterans.
Over 50 schools and youth groups contributed (including Brookside), and the cards will be delivered to veterans across Fairfield County as the holiday approaches.

The Norwalk Planning and Zoning Commission approved converting the top three floors of the 200 Connecticut Ave. office building into 35 apartments (including four affordable units) while keeping offices below.
Construction will begin in April or May, with conversion expected to take 12 to 18 months.
