The FDA announced a recall of over 22,000 cases of creamy peanut butter sold in Connecticut because blue plastic was found during production; the recall affects portion packs from Ventura Foods under brands such as US Foods, Flavor Fresh, and Dyma Brands.

Piper luxury apartments at 467 West Ave now show 31% occupancy after the east side's upper floors opened for rent, with eight more units expected next month.

Construction will complete in June and Natural Kitchen plans to open its eatery in the building in August.
