The McChords unveiled their final vision for Manresa Wilds on Thursday + a 125-acre park to be developed from the former Norwalk Harbor Generating Station, with a community pool, outdoor cafés, and event spaces; the walking trails open in 2027 while cleanup starts in 2028.

Spinnaker Real Estate Partners revised its proposal for 108 Water St. by seeking approval to build a 4.5-story, 59-unit mixed-use building — with a hotel element in the southern wing — after scrapping its previous residential plan.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 6.
