  • In Norwalk, Allison and Austin McChord revised the Manresa Island park plan after community input reduced features such as multiple pools and boardwalks. The updated design, which focuses on natural landscaping and neighborhood appeal, will open in phases from 2027 to 2035 — with Phase 1 launching in 2027.  Nancy On Norwalk

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • State lawmakers will discuss a plan to allow residents to use small, portable plug-in solar panels at a public hearing on March 5. The panels cost about $1,000 & can lower energy bills by roughly 10% if safety standards are approved, with potential legal status by October.  Connecticut Public
