Norwalk Center LLC and The Automotive Collective have applied for a permit to open a car club and storage facility at 10 Norden Place that will store 420 cars and offer event space and a lounge — the building will also house an MTA office on its first floor.
The organizers said they will work with local high schools on STEM programs and that only a few cars will move in and out daily.
