- ➤ More than 100 Synchrony employees took part in its 11th annual Doubles Dive at The Point at Norwalk Cove on Tuesday to raise funds for SeriousFun Children's Network — a nonprofit founded by Paul Newman that offers free camps for seriously ill children and their families; proceeds exceeded $1.5 million. - ➤ The sixth annual Norwalk Film Festival ended Sunday with audience awards in several categories at venues (District Music Hall and Space 67). Local filmmakers showcased personal stories through screenings, workshops, and question and answer sessions, and organizers plan to expand the event's programming and outreach for future editions. - ➤ Local designer Natasha Bolshakova of Red Fashion School crafted figure skating costumes worn by Connecticut athletes who won titles at the ISU Junior World Championships on March 7 in Estonia, and she will soon offer athletic outfit design classes. The Hour

- ➤ Nonprofit dae offers a four-week quantum computing program called daeZERO, where about 10 high schoolers work on real-life problems & build quantum skills in New Haven. HEALTH NEWS

- ➤ New data released (Tuesday) shows that in 2025 fewer CT emergency patients waited over 4 hours for beds, with improvements at Stamford and Connecticut Children's Medical Center. - ➤ Alex Karaban scored 27 points on March 22 in Philadelphia, helping UConn win against UCLA and move into the Sweet 16. He said he will close his UConn career soon while leaving a mark of leadership and passion on the team. The Hour
