🏥 Health
The Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station’s Active Tick Surveillance Program started in spring 2019 to check ticks for Lyme disease and other germs in places like Lyme.
The lab asked for state funds—$95,000 each year for fiscal 2026 and 2027—but it still may be short by about $155,000 if approved.

The Sunset Stroll will be held at The Point at Norwalk Cove. We will have passed around appetizers, entrees, and a signature drink. We will have elected officials and program participants as speakers. We will also have scavenger hunt for the guests to learn about all of our amazing programs. There will be a silent choice auction and a live auction with amazing items.
