- ➤ Norwalk has selected retired Lt. Col. Howard W. Dixon as the 2025 Memorial Day Parade Grand Marshal—Dixon served 23 years as a US Air Force pilot and is a Fire Commissioner. The parade will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 26th at Veterans Park and conclude at the Town Green on East Avenue with a C-130 flyover scheduled around 10:30 a.m. City of Norwalk
