- ➤ Rapper Snoop Dogg visited a Stew Leonard's store on Friday and recorded an Instagram video where he sang part of the Avocado Girls song with Chase Leonard, the granddaughter of the store’s founder. He released his album on Thursday —his 'I'm your biggest fan' comment showed his support— and his visit follows an earlier video thanking the chain that also has its original Norwalk location. - ➤ Jean Silinsky from Shelton traded her 1980 Pontiac Firebird for a worn 1947 Packard Clipper and is restoring it with help from her family and a neighbor to prepare for a local car show in July. The Clipper features a rebuilt engine and custom frosted lavender paint—an homage to her late father—and is one of the few rare running models. The Hour

The Sunset Stroll will be held at The Point at Norwalk Cove. We will have passed around appetizers, entrees, and a signature drink. We will have elected officials and program participants as speakers. We will also have scavenger hunt for the guests to learn about all of our amazing programs. There will be a silent choice auction and a live auction with amazing items.
