- ➤ The Norwalk Board of Education will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Concert Hall at City Hall to vote on a 2025-26 budget plan that may cut more than 130 positions as officials work to close a $13.2 million gap amid strong protests from parents, teachers, and students during a lengthy June 3 meeting; Mayor Harry Rilling said the city is collaborating with superintendent Alexandra Estrella to protect key programs + address community concerns over the proposed cuts.
