🎭 Culture
Zahira Oyola Vargas, a 17-year-old art student from Brien McMahon High School, decorated the SONO sign under the Washington Street bridge in South Norwalk using cardboard, paint, and yarn (she said the design shows spring with rain, sun, flowers, and rainbows).
The City of Norwalk funded the project and will maintain the installation on display until Aug. 1 (a spring-summer project).
