Norwalk car show honored former Westport officer Vincent Penna—who served for 26 years and died in 2020—by featuring food, live music and a variety of classic and exotic cars.
The event, hosted by the Italian American Police Society of Southern Connecticut, raised proceeds for the Vincent Penna Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund and left his family grateful for the strong community support.
