- ➤ Health officials in Connecticut reported a little more than 400 COVID-19 cases last week and warned that the number of infections could rise as schools resume and colder weather arrives—experts emphasized updated FDA vaccine guidelines now recommend shots for seniors and high-risk groups, while insurance coverage remains uncertain.
