HEALTH NEWS

  • State-regulated health plans for 224,000 residents will see a double-digit rise next year, with individuals on Access Health CT facing a 16.8% increase and small groups 11% — federal subsidy cuts could push rates even higher. Attorney General Tong said these hikes show the health care system is unworkable and warned that many families may lose coverage.  The Hour
