  • A developer plans to demolish a 1964 home and a 1974 office at 38 Lois St. and 1 Bishop St.—to build two new buildings with a total of 12 townhouses. The plan was approved by the Conservation Commission and Inland Wetland Agency and will be presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission on Sept 17.  The Hour
