- ➤ The City announced Tuesday, September 16th that the Arts & Cultural Commission invited residents to select one of two designs for the new Ely Avenue fencing mural. The survey will remain open until September 22nd — residents can vote online to help shape this public artwork. City of Norwalk

- ➤ Connecticut residents and visitors can expect vibrant fall foliage starting in the state’s northeast and northwest corners by mid-October—state forester Christopher Martin said peak colors will hit around Columbus Day before moving through central areas and wrapping up along the coast in early November. FINANCE NEWS
