- ➤ The Norwalk Conservatory of the Arts announced it will offer a new three-year bachelor of fine arts degree that gives students world-class training—this is the first bachelor's program offered in the city. - ➤ CT researchers are tracking West Nile virus risks by trapping mosquitoes each morning and testing the female ones in a lab at the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station.
