The Connecticut Lottery said that no jackpot winners were reported in Saturday's Powerball drawing, boosting the top prize to $419 million and setting the cash option at $198 million; the next drawing is scheduled for Monday at 10:59 p.m. EST.
The first round of the CIAC boys soccer tournaments ended with several close games and upsets—New Fairfield defeated top-seeded Seymour in double overtime while Brien McMahon edged Stamford 1–0.
Today, teams will face new challenges in the second round as matchups continue across divisions LL, L, M, and S.
