- ➤ Connecticut Children's Medical Center will close its Waterbury pediatric unit due to staffing shortages and financial pressures while launching a new pediatric emergency center at Norwalk Hospital that opened in early October and sees 15 to 25 kids a day—staffed by pediatric specialists who offer family-focused emergency care and extended observation before transferring patients needing higher care to Connecticut Children's Hartford campus. Brimming with vitality, heart, and hit songs, Footloose showcases the Conservatory’s outstanding musical theatre students in a production that celebrates the power of expression and the joy of dance and brings fresh life to this beloved story of a small town finding its rhythm again.
