Today and weekend days, Norwalk's Maritime Aquarium will host a free Santa diving event at its Ocean Beyond the Sound exhibit, where Santa will swim with sand tiger and sandbar sharks (dives scheduled at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.) for visitors of all ages.

Gov. Lamont authorized $70 million+ in state funds on Dec.
